  I have found the whole team at Nicole to be very professional. The marketing approach when compared to other agents is very thorough. Jo Black presented the initial sales pitch and she comes with a wealth of experience, coupled with sensitivity when selling a home. They understand the market and potential buyer profiles. They do their homework on the area and walk with you step by step throughout the process. Their fees are slightly higher than the other agents I interviewed but to be honest you get what you pay for and I m very happy with the service provided. Particularly Leanne Fletcher who kept me informed at every progress point. I recommend Nicole as being th leading estate agents in the Worcestershire area.
